As Executive Chef, you are the brain behind our kitchen. You develop innovative, appropriate menus, manage a team of chefs and ensure the highest quality standards. You monitor efficiency and costs within the kitchen and ensure that every dish is a unique experience for our guests. You inspire your team with your cooking skills and know how to guide them in the right way through good communication skills.
Your responsibilities:
- Creating and innovating menus with a focus on seasonal and sustainable products
- Managing, motivating and training the kitchen team
- Ensuring high quality and hygiene standards
- Cost control and purchasing of ingredients
- Working with the team to ensure an optimal guest experience
- Responding to culinary trends and innovations

- You have experience as a chef in a management role
- You are creative, innovative and have a passion for cooking at a high level
- You have strong leadership and communication skills
- You work result-oriented and have an eye for detail
- You have experience with purchasing management and cost control
